This handbag is made out of an emu egg and is decorated with Swarovski crystal double row chain, flat back crystals, purple paua shells, chains and findings.

The emu eggs are my favorite because of the texture of the eggs. To me, when painted the eggs look like hammered metal.

One of my new favorites, this handbag is covered with lace and decorated with Swarovski crystals in pink, Peridot green, crystal and dark pink.

The egg is pink and glittered so it sparkles a lot. The lace is the softest pink with Peridot green accents. The inside is lined with soft pink velvet.

For this handbag, I used an emu egg which I glittered and then applied three coats of resin for strengthening. When it was ready, I marked the egg and cut it and proceeded to make this beauty.

Simpler in design but priced higher because the egg is a collectors item and rare. The color and pattern of the egg is natural. I don't like repeating the design but will do it if you insist. Some detail will be different.

This is a double yoke emu eggbag. It is quite rare for a bird to have a double yoke. A friend who has owned a bird farm for many years told me she never gets double yokes. A man I spoke with who also has a bird farm told me that in the last ten years, he has only twice seen double yokes!

This rhea eggbag is made with black, burnt away pattern of velvet on chiffon background. It has gold plated chains and Swarovski crystals.
